Swedish massage is a complex of several techniques that allow you to get complete relaxation. It is the most complete and varied type of massage. It includes various techniques and methods of influencing the body: hands, feet, head, and back. After the massage, the mood immediately improves, and the body is filled with lightness. Thanks to the massage, blood circulation increases, and the skin is saturated with oxygen. As a result, the number of stretch marks is reduced as well as cellulite.

The Hot Stones technique is also a very popular massage type. During the procedure, the body, arms, legs, and feet are massaged using special techniques (effleurage with stones all over the body).
